A Bit of Travel and Such

just a few shots from the travels and excitement of the last few weeks.  this is just a taste; i have lots.  these ones all happen to be mine; however, i suppose that in the near future i will post some of my brothers' and father's .

mosquito island was very fun

leanna striking a pose as if she expected cameras to be around

i hope apollo didn't have to fly through that gate with the sun; a bit small

i will recommend an acropolis toupee for dad, looks good.

as i have said since the first posts on this blog, just a big layer cake, the oldest layer just happens to be on top in this picture.

mom always seems to find her friends.

That shot of Leanna looks too good. It seems like something that should be on a postcard or travel brochure. I love the one of mom with the dog. He looks like he's been waiting years for somebody to come by and pet him.

These are fantastic- It was so great to see all of you together yesterday!

Let me know when you are around and I'm in.

P.S. Once I got home I found there was a rather large, round puncture wound in my back from your chair- (no worries, little blood but no pain- didn't even know till I saw it) which makes me believe that I either landed upon a rock that stuck me through the chair- or my back may have severed one of the bars in your mother's chair...

You may want to check that to prevent further injury and if this is the case please let her know I would be more than happy to replace it!

Catch ya soon!

Hey, Hey Guys!

I cannot for the life of me remember when you leave or if you have already, but if I haven't missed you yet- give me a ring and I'll come send you off with a proper goodbye.

If however, you are already ghosts in the wind- then let me simply say thank you for a wonderful time. It is always amazing to see you Ian, and Eleftheria, you are a beautiful vision and a wonderful partner for my oldest friend.

Have a safe flight and seriously... NO, SERIOUSLY, we aught to try to stay in better contact. I know you suck at that, and I am not much better at all- but perhaps an email once every few months or so?

My very best to you both,

-Steve

P.S. In addition to the slow moving train collision that is my daily life I seem to have misplaced my sunglasses... again. If they happened to be laying somewhere that I probably left them after our 4am fire pit, let me know and I'll go snatch them back up.
