kind of reminds me of yosemite
it is a long way up . . . wait down?so, the weather is good, school is stressful, and the rock is dry. what to do, what to do? well, last weekend i went with my climbing partner and good friend thomas to a multipitch just below olympos called zilnia. the trip was awesome and better yet, very cheap. we were able to stay with a professional runner who lives in the village close by, litohoro. his name is alex and he regularly makes the run from the village up to the highest shelter on olympos. he has won the olympos marathon like four times; super cool guy and we thank him for his hospitality. The picture of me was taken by thomas about 150 meters off the deck so thanks.

Hey Ian - great pictures. 2 climbing weekends in a row! It was nice to talk to you yesterday. This time next month we will be at your apartment! by the way - we leave here on the 14th but won't be there till the
