socks?
a bag perhaps?
we went to a installation that gave a breakdown of the CERN installation in central europe. Kristina and Maria went with us and it was generally a really nice afternoon. the tour is cool and breaks down a bunch of really cool information about what is considered by many to be the most important human achievement in history.
cool interactive exhibit, that treats protons like footballs.
outside Maria and artemis caught up on all the gossip.
rockin the retro sweater, even artemis is trendy.
how about a leaf?
i would have loved to ask.
goats in town.
not a bad sunset.
so, i know that its not turkish mom, but it was by candle light; not bad.
over the weekend, eleftheria and i joined some friends in a little village outside of thessaloniki. the place we sayed belonged to our friend Ioannis. it included an unused cafenio, a house built in the 1700's, and the newer house where we slept.
this is a large bottle of 25 year old tsipouro. amazing.
the central courtyard.
the following pictures are from the old house, it was amazing. there was still a bunch of old stuff inside, pictures, trunks and clothes. super cool.
an old loom and bicycle.
this is the construction of the non-foundation walls, underneath the plaster (pictured below). i was blown away by the construction, so cool.
a bit sketchy being on the second floor, but really cool.
taking pictures of old stuff is so easy.
it was so nice to be cold.
someone's relaxation chair.
one of our horsey friends. we fed them a bunch of apples, they really enjoyed.
artemis really dug it too.
we did not get close enough to feed this one, but he was really beautiful.
